Financial Information
Information about tuition, fees and tuition payment schedules may be obtained from the School Office (845-297-7500).
The tuition cycle runs from July 1st through June 30th for each school year. If a student leaves before the end of the school year, tuition will be refunded for the remaining full months of the year, based on a 12-month school year, whether the tuition was prepaid for the year (with discount) or paid on a monthly basis beginning in July. Partial months will not be refunded.
Fees
A hot lunch is served Mondays through Thursdays. Pizza is available on Fridays as a separate eighth grade fundraiser. Parents wishing to take advantage of our hot lunch program may purchase a ticket for five, ten, or twenty lunches. Children may also bring their lunch to school and if they wish, may purchase milk or ice cream.
Milk is available on a daily basis. Parents may choose to purchase milk daily, or may choose to pay for milk once per semester. The milk fee is collected in September and February.

Fees
- There is a $75.00 nonrefundable registration fee per family. This fee is due at the time of registration/reregistration.
- There is a nonrefundable $42 Tuition Management Systems enrollment fee per family. This fee is added in with the first month’s tuition payment.
- There is a General fee of $125 per child due in September. This fee covers such items as Religion books, art and science supplies, ITBS testing material, student accident insurance, magazine subscriptions, and supplementary reading and technology material.
- There is a refundable $100 Participation/Volunteer Incentive fee which is added to the first month’s tuition. This fee will be held in an account throughout the school year. In order to receive a refund of this fee in June, each family is required to provide 15 volunteer hours from September through June. A list of qualifying activities is available through the School Office.
